However, to for fill our contractual obligations to you, we will pass limited necessary personal information to our third party approved service providers such as Credit Reference Agencies, Security Equipment Suppliers and Monitoring Station.

To ensure we deliver a high standard of products and service, we use “Feefo Holdings Limited” to collect our customer service feedback.

We share your name, email address and the product/service you purchased (as obtained during the order process) with Feefo, who will send you an email on our behalf asking you to complete a review. Our legal basis for doing this is our legitimate interest in asking for feedback in order to improve our products and services.

As an existing customer, we may from time to time contact you with details of other products or services we provide. This will be for direct marketing purposes only and is a legitimate business interest.
